How we structure work

Programming consulting here means scoped project engagements and advisory sessions — not open-ended staff augmentation unless that scope is written into the statement of work. Each engagement names deliverables (contract drafts, integration guides, test plans, or paired implementation milestones), owners on your side, and acceptance checks.

Discovery and contract drafting

We inventory existing endpoints, consumers, and auth flows, then produce an API contract pack: resource diagrams, OpenAPI or equivalent specs, error taxonomy, and deprecation rules. This module suits teams about to expose a new mobile or partner channel.

Integration build and hardening

For active connectors — ERP, payment, logistics, identity — we pair on code and configuration, add contract tests against partner sandboxes, and document retry, idempotency, and alerting expectations. Cutover checklists are included when you are migrating traffic.

Advisory sessions

Booked in half-day or full-day blocks for architecture reviews, security posture of public APIs, or migration sequencing. Output is a decision memo you can circulate internally; optional follow-up implementation is quoted separately.

Who this is for

Product and platform teams in Thailand and the region who own public or partner-facing APIs and need integration work that remains legible after the primary consultant leaves.

Who this is not for

Turnkey product builds with no API ownership on your side, or requests for guaranteed revenue outcomes from advertising copy. We do not sell pre-packaged SaaS subscriptions.
