This policy describes how NextGen Relay Software Consulting Co., Ltd. (บริษัท NextGen Relay Software Consulting จำกัด) (“we”, “us”) processes personal data when you use nextgen-relay.digital and contact us about API design and integration consulting. It is written for visitors in Thailand and aligns with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

What we collect
- Inquiry form: name, email, optional phone, and your message text.
- Consent preference: a value stored in your browser (localStorage) recording whether you accepted or rejected nonessential storage for the cookie banner.
- Server logs: our hosting provider may process technical connection data (IP address, timestamp, user agent) to deliver the site and protect against abuse. We do not use those logs for advertising profiles.
We do not run analytics pixels, advertising tags, or third-party tracking on this website.

Where inquiry data goes
When you submit the contact form, your data is sent as JSON in a POST request to /api/inquiry on the same domain. A server-side handler we operate receives it solely to read and answer your message. We do not sell inquiry data or use it for unrelated marketing lists.
Retention
- Inquiry messages: retained as long as needed to respond and for ordinary business records, then deleted or anonymised unless law requires longer storage.
- Consent preference: until you clear site data in your browser or we change the storage key (documented on the Cookies page).
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data we control, and object to certain processing. Contact us at info@nextgen-relay.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) in Thailand.
International transfers
If you email us from outside Thailand, your message may be processed on systems located in Thailand. We use providers only as needed to host and deliver the site and form handler.
Children
Our services are aimed at business contacts. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
